Nural Dormitory project initiated in August of 2017 by Nural Construction Company is located in the Eastern Mediterranean University's southern campus and has 200 rooms. The Nural company's motto is to offer magnificent design and excellent comfort in student dormitory service for the first time.

Nural Construction Company established in 1992 has successfully    completed projects in Turkey, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, and Cameroon; building hospitals, hotels, villas, and hippodromes. In August, 2017, in accordance with its international goals, the company has initiated its first collaborative enterprise in North Cyprus with the Nural Dormitory.

The Nural Dorm family makes all its students feel at home with its warm blooded personnel, swift 24/7 responses to any requests or problems a student may have, and expertise gained through years of experience.

Nural dorm student dormitory is located on a large area of the Southern campus of Eastern Mediterranean University. With superb architectural design and rich concepts the 5 types of rooms are the Single, Double, Double Plus, Suite, and the Deluxe Suite.

Along with being the newest student dormitory in Northern Cyprus it offers extraordinary services such as the largest gym of all the dorms with a 300 square meter area, a steam room, a sauna, a play area, and a cinema room. With all its facilities Nural Dorm combines the comfort of home with the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The facilities we offer to facilitate academic success for our students include a library, study room, printers and photocopy machines, unlimited wireless internet at a speed of 100Mbps, hot water at any and all times of the day, and an electricity generator to prevent any power cuts. To provide optimal comfort all rooms are have their own bathrooms for personal use by the occupants, rooms are furnished with the highest quality furniture, large mirrors, a kettle, burners, walls are sound proofed, and windows are double glazed. For the safety of the residents there are cameras and fire alarms installed all around and in the dorm, there are also security and reception personnel ready to provide assistance at any and all times of day.
